Né en 1980, Vincent Dubois a obtenu cinq 1er Prix au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (orgue, à l’unanimité, dans la classe d’Olivier Latry, harmonie, contrepoint, fugue, et écriture XXème siècle), il remporte en 2002, successivement, le 1er Grand Prix (Gold Medal Recital) du concours « Royal Bank Calgary International Organ Competition » (Canada) dont il est le premier lauréat français ainsi que le 1er Prix du concours international d’orgue « Xavier Darasse » de Toulouse.
Depuis, il se produit à travers le monde (Europe, U.S.A, Canada, Asie et Pacifique) et a été invité en tant que soliste à jouer avec le Los Angeles Philharmonic, Philadelphia Philharmonic, Dallas Symphony, Hong-Kong Philharmonic, Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio-France, Orchestre National de France, Ensemble Orchestral de Paris, Orquestra Filarmonica del Gran Canaria, Orchestre National d’Ile de France, le Basel Sinfonieorchester, Les Siècles, Orchestre de Bretagne, Picardie… Il a collaboré avec des chefs tels que Myung-Whun Chung, Evgueni Svetlanov, Edo de Waart, Esa-Pekka Salonen, François-Xavier Roth, Stéphane Denève…
Il a également été l’invité de nombreux festivals internationaux tels que Vancouver, Stuttgart, Montréal, Chartres, Cambridge, Lisbonne, Ottawa, Dresde, Merseburg, Roskilde, s’est produit dans différents lieux tels que le Konzert Haus de Vienne, la Philharmonie de Berlin, le Tchaïkovski Hall de Moscou, le Théâtre Mariinsky de Saint-Petersbourg, Spivey Hall à Atlanta, Kimmel Center de Philadelphie, Suntory Hall et Musashino Center de Tokyo, Kings College à Cambridge, Westminster Abbey, Elb Philharmonie, Maison Symphonique de Montréal, Auditorium Nacional de Madrid, Bartok Hall à Budapest… Il a enregistré pour Radio-France, l’O.R.F (Vienne), CBC Radio-Canada. Il a donné des master-class dans de nombreuses universités et conservatoires européens et américains et a été nommé artiste-professeur en résidence à l’Université du Michigan de 2014 à 2017.
Outre son appétence pour la création en tant qu’interprète ou improvisateur (Concerto da Requiem de Guillaume Connesson, œuvres de Thierry Escaich pour orgue solo ou orgue et ensembles) il participe à la création de spectacles artistiques originaux comme « Liturgie équestre », donner dans le cadre d’automne en Normandie à Saint-Ouen de Rouen en compagnie du chorégraphe équestre Bartabas, également « Chœur d’étoiles » avec le comédien Michel Duchausso se produit régulièrement en tant qu’improvisateur dans le cadre de ciné-concerts.
Après avoir mené une activité de directeur de conservatoires entre 2008 et 2022 (Conservatoires de Reims, Strasbourg et Académie Supérieure de Musique de Strasbourg), il est nommé professeur d'orgue et d'improvisation à la Hochschule für Musik de Saarbrücken (Allemagne) en Janvier 2023.
En 1996, il est nommé titulaire du grand orgue Cavaillé Coll de la cathédrale de Saint-Brieuc puis de 2001 à 2014 titulaire du grand-orgue de la cathédrale de Soissons.
En Janvier 2016, suite à un concours, il est nommé organiste titulaire des grandes orgues de Notre-Dame de Paris aux côtés de Philippe Lefèbvre et Olivier Latry.

A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris where he earned First Prizes in Organ (Olivier Latry’s organ class), Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue and 20th-century composition; Dubois took the world’s stage in 2002 by winning two major organ competitions: the Recital Gold Medal at the Calgary International Organ Competition, and the Grand Prize at the International Competition of Toulouse, France.
In January 2016 after a comprehensive audition and competition for the available post, Mr. Dubois was appointed the newest of three titular organists of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, where he continues to serve along with the two other titular organists, Olivier Latry and Philippe Lefebvre.
Prior to his appointment at Notre-Dame in Paris Mr. Dubois served as titular organist at Soissons Cathedral (2001-2014), and Saint-Brieuc Cathedral (1996-2001). Mr. Dubois has performed in major concert venues throughout Europe, North America, Asia and the Pacific, including performances for numerous international music festivals. He has also appeared as guest soloist with many orchestras and ensembles, including the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Dallas Symphony, the Hong-Kong Philharmonic, the Orchestre Philharmonique of Radio France, the Orchestre National de France, the Orquesta Filharmonica del Gran Canaria, the Orchestre National de Lorraine, the Orchestre de Picardie, and the Orchestre de Bretagne.
In 2017 he was a featured performer at the American Guild of Organists pedagogy conference held at the University of Kansas, and in 2018 he was a featured performer at The American Guild of Organists national convention in Kansas City, MO.
In 2023 he will perform at two regional conventions of The American Guild of Organists. Mr. Dubois is featured in solo recital on several commercial recordings, including a CD of the organ music of Franz Liszt on the Vox Coelistis label; a CD recorded at St. Sulpice in Paris on the JAV label; and a CD recorded at St. Etienne de Caen featuring the complete Symphonie No. 3 of Louis Vierne and the Op. 7 Preludes and Fugues of Marcel Dupré on Radio France’s Tempéraments label. His performances have also been broadcast over Radio France, the O.R.F. Vienna, CBC Radio Canada, Australian Radio and American Public Media’s Pipedreams.
Prior to joining the faculty at the Hochschule für Musik in Saarbrücken, Germany, Mr. Dubois held the distinguished post of Director General of the Strasbourg National and Superior Conservatory of Music in France from 2012 until 2022, and he taught organ at the Freiburg Musikhochschule in Germany from 2018 until 2022.
Mr. Dubois has additionally taught organ master classes at such prestigious institutions in the U.S.A., as Yale University, The Eastman School of Music, The Curtis Institute of Music, Oberlin College, Baylor University, The University of St. Paul, Emory University, and the University of Michigan, where he served as Continuing Guest Artist for a two-year period from 2014 to 2016.

Accordéoniste diplômée avec les plus hautes distinctions des écoles supérieures de musique (Musikhochschule) de Fribourg en Allemagne (classe de Teodoro Anzellotti) et de Bâle en Suisse (diplôme de master spécialisé en musique contemporaine), Marie-Andrée Joerger se produit à travers le monde en soliste, avec orchestres ou ensembles, dans les festivals tels que le Zelt-Musik-Festival à Fribourg (Allemagne), Musique en scène à Lyon, ÖGZM à Vienne (Autriche), Upol festival à Nova Gorica (Slovénie), Festival international de musique de Colmar, Festival Folia à Montréal (Canada), Festival Musica et Arsmondo à Strasbourg, Festival Manifeste de Paris, Les Musicales de Normandie, Akordeono Festival Vilnius (Lituanie), avec les orchestres de Fribourg (Allemagne), de Nancy, de Strasbourg, ou l’orchestre philharmonique national de Russie.
Elle joue dans des salles aussi prestigieuses que le Konzerthaus et la Philharmonie de Berlin, la Tonhalle de Zurich, l’Opéra de Lyon, Alte Oper de Francfort, le théâtre Romana de Bucarest, la Philharmonie de Paris aux cotés de solistes renommés, tels que Armand Angster, Marc Coppey, Françoise Kubler, Daishin Kashimoto, Pierre Strauch.
Active dans la création contemporaine, Marie-Andrée Joerger a créé de nombreuses œuvres, dont la première pièce solo pour accordéon de Thierry Escaich à la Philharmonie de Berlin. Le premier concerto pour accordéon d'Annette Schlünz, mais aussi d'autres compositeurs tels que Bernard Cavanna, Daniel D’Adamo, Thierry Escaich, Beat Furer, Martin Matalon, Misato Mochizuki, Alberto Posadas.
En avril 2021 est sorti son premier album solo, Bach en Miroir sous le label Klarthe, largement salué par les critiques (« album préféré » Le Monde 2021, France Musique, Mediapart, Pizzicato, Classic News, France Inter, Rai3....).
Directrice artistique de l’ensemble Les musiciens de Strasbourg (quintette à cordes et accordéon), Marie Andrée se produit également en duo avec Vincent Dubois (organiste, titulaire des grandes-orgues de Notre Dame de Paris). Elle est membre de La Philharmonie de Poche, de l’ensemble contemporain Linea et est régulièrement invitée par l’ensemble Accroche Note de Strasbourg.
Depuis treize ans, elle organise chaque année avec Vincent Lhermet et Sylvain Tissot, l’Académie internationale et le Festival Agora à Adelboden en Suisse.
Marie-Andrée Joerger a créé la classe d'accordéon du Conservatoire de Strasbourg et y enseigne en tant que professeur depuis 2014, ainsi qu'à l’Académie supérieure de musique de Strasbourg - Haute école des arts du Rhin.
Elle est régulièrement sollicitée pour des master-classes dans différents conservatoires d’Europe (Italie, Lituanie, Slovénie, Pologne, Pays-Bas...), et également en tant que jury lors de concours internationaux (Allemagne, Italie, Lituanie, Pologne, Suisse...).

An accomplished accordionist who graduated with honors from the hight schools of music Freiburg, Germany (studying with Teodoro Anzellotti) and Basel, Switzerland (Master’s degree specialized in contemporary music), Marie-Andrée Joerger performs as a soloist, as well as with orchestras and other ensembles over all the world.
She played in festivals such as "ÖGZM" in Vienna-Austria, "Festival Folia" in Montreal-Canada, “Festival International de Musique” in Colmar-France, "Zelt-Musik-Festival” in Freiburg-Germany, "Festival Musica" in Strasbourg-France, "Akordeono Festivalis" in Vilnius -Lithuania, “Festival Manifeste” in Paris-France, "Venice Biennale" in Italy, “Upol” in Nova Gorica-Slovenia, “Artsmondo” in Strasbourg-France, to collaborations with ensembles such as the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Freiburg, the Toulouse Chamber Orchestra, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Nancy and Strasburg. She has performed alongside several renowned soloists such as Armand Angster, Marc Coppey, François Kubler, Daishin Kashimoto, and Pierre Strauch. She has also won several international competitions in Geneva (Swizterland), Atri (Italy), and Montrond les Bains (France).
In April 2021 his first solo album Bach en Miroir was released on the Klarthe label, widely acclaimed by critics (Album of the Year 2021 - Le Monde, France Musique, Mediapart, Pizzicato, Classic News, Rai3....).
An active member of the contemporary music scene, Marie-Andrée Joerger has collaborated with composers such as Bernard Cavanna, Daniel D’Adamo, Thierry Escaich, Beat Furer, Martin Matalon, Misato Mochizuki, Alberto Posadas, Annette Schlünz, premiering new pieces as a soloist or within an ensemble as Thierry Escaich's first solo work for accordion at the Berlin Philharmonic Hall.
Her passion for chamber music has lead to collaborations with Vincent Dubois (organ, titulaire of the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral) and Antoine Pecqueur (bassoonist in the orchestra les Siècles). She is a member of the La Philharmonie de Poche, an ensemble composed of orchestral soloists, the modern Ensemble Linea, and is regularly invited to perform with the Strasbourgeois modern ensemble Accroche Note.
For the past 13 years, she has also organized the annual Agora International Academy and the Agora International Festival in Switzerland with V. Lhermet and S. Tissot.
Marie-Andrée Joerger has been teaching at the Conservatoire de Strasbourg and the Académie Supérieure de Musique de Strasbourg. She is often invited to give master classes and as a jury in International competitions in Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Germany.
